No kidding. That number really surprised me. Even I expected more from Colts fans. :shake:

"The 11 die-hard fans weren't allowed to get close to the players; they were held behind a security fence hundreds of feet away."

What were they afraid of? That those 11 people would form a team, challenge them to a game and lose? :shake: The least that security could have done for the few fans willing to stick with the team after the big loss would be to let them get within 10-20 feet of them.

I forgot to mention the "welcome home" parade from a couple of nights ago.

The crowd was massive, and the parade was extensive, but it wasn't that impressive overall, imo... especially from a televised perspective. While the majority of people (like myself) were watching the tv for the sake of seeing the floats and bands from above, far more of the camera work was spent instead at ground level with two TV personalities talking to spectators... much of which you couldn't understand because the bands were playing at the same time.

Naturally, every highschool band seemed to have that one or two people who could never pay in tune. The Marine Corp reserves band with a local fellow playing the bulge was nice, though. One key event for the parade, as expected, were a couple of the Saints on every few floats waving and throwing beads.

I'm sorry but those Indy fans are not true fans. I remember when the Bill lost Super Bowl XXV, the infamous wide right field goal miss in 1991. Tens of thousands of Buffalo fans came downtown to show our love and appreciation to our Bills and Scott Norwood in particular. You couldn't move because we were packed so tightly together. It was a grand and wonderful celebration...and this was after a most heartbreaking loss. Its no wonder many athletes that played for Buffalo teams often make Western New York their home after they retire.

Surprisingly, that was my first thought (the Bills fans' reactions) after reading about the Indy fans. I remember when the Skins took it to the Bills, but the Bills fans were out in force even after that loss.

In case anyone needs further proof as to how spoiled and delusional Colts fans are, read this...
http://nfl.fanhouse.com/2010/02/22/peyton-a-double-agent-some-think-so/

Peyton HAD to have thrown the game, because there's no freaking way the Colts could lose otherwise! There's just no other explanation!

Well, realistically Johnny, Colts only have like 11 fans (the ones that bothered to show up at the airport after they choked in the superbowl).

Think about this for a minute:

The Colts had 11 people show up at the airport. Torchur sold 3000 copies of his CD.

Technically, Torchur has 273 times more true fans than the Colts.

Not a sermon, just a thought. Keep rocking, Torchur. You've got the touch and the power. There's magic on your tapes.
