IDK I think Delhomme is done. 8 TDs to 18 INTs, 6 fumbles and a 55% completion percentage in only 11 games last season. I never thought he was all that great anyway. He had two good seasons and that's about it. At this point, Campbell is better than Delhomme IMO. But realistically, neither of them is ever going to take you deep into the playoffs so what difference does it make.

Is Leon a free agent? Jets would be insane to let him go IMO. The guy has a 4.8 ypc career average and is a great receiver out of the backfield. Plus his return skills. I'm sure there are plenty of teams around the league that would love to have him.
