Massacre Mafia Style is already available in a limited edition from the son of Duke Mitchell. I will probably order my copy in a couple of weeks since the price had decrease enough to justify a purchase (it was a lot more to order from anywhere except the US). It's important to understand that their dvd isn't remaster from an original film master but a tape master (better than the VHS bootleg but not awesome quality) but with the extra this isn't a problem for me.

It's the best solution actually unless someone wants to wait after the Grindhouse Releasing version that will be certainly better, but knowing them it would take another 3 or 4 years before seeing it.
